Service

 

To obtain service from TimeTech please follow these steps

1. Include a note with your NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE, and a description of the problem you are having. Please include the date you need your timer back.

2. Ship the package via an insured, and tracking company i.e.  UPS, or FED-EX. Keep in mind that shipping ground can take up to 7 working days to reach TimeTech. If you require your equipment back sooner use one of the expedited services i.e. 2day or overnight.

3. TimeTech accepts Purchase Orders from government organizations. To further speed up the repair please include a PO.

4. You may call TimeTech any time to check on the status of your equipment. (541) 388-4890 Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you prefer to use e-mail service@timetechusa.net e-mail is checked daily. Or you may fax us at (541) 388-0344.
